What we store
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We also use your browser's local storage for a few settings. We only store what is needed to run the website and your account.
Essential cookies
Sign-in sessions. When you sign in to the customer dashboard or the staff portal we set a secure, HTTP-only session cookie (sk-customer-session or sk-admin-session). It keeps you signed in and protects your account. It is removed when you sign out or when it expires.
These cookies are required for the service, so they cannot be switched off. Without them you cannot sign in.
Saved preferences
Your browser keeps a few display choices in local storage, such as whether the portal sidebar is collapsed, the portal theme, whether the WhatsApp chat window has already opened, and when the warehouse address list last changed. They contain no personal or payment information and never leave your device.
Optional analytics
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add optional analytics in the future, they will stay off until you allow them, and this page will be updated.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
