How long does shipping take?
With flights four times a week, most packages reach your local store within two to three days of arriving at our US warehouse.
Where do I collect my package?
Pick it up at 74 1/2 Spanish Town Road, or choose home delivery and we will handle the last mile for you, delivering right to your front door.
When do customs fees apply?
Customs fees apply when your shipment is assessed and deemed to be valued over US$100. Any applicable charges are calculated and shown on your shipping dashboard during processing. Items may be held until the required fees are paid.
Can my family members in the USA send items to my delivery address in Florida?
Yes. Provide them with your delivery address and your name in the same format presented on your dashboard.
What is classified as an unknown package?
Any package lacking the courier code specified in the address will be classified as an unknown package.
Consequences of unknown packages
An unknown package will incur a JMD $1,500 fee to be removed from unknown status. You will also need to provide the correct tracking number.
Removal process
Removal from unknown status may take one to two weeks to process. The package will then ship on the next available shipment day, and you will receive an email update once it has shipped.
What are the storage fees?
We offer a 10-day grace period for package pickup or delivery. After this period, a storage fee of JMD $100 per day applies until the package is retrieved.
Do you offer personal shopper services?
Yes. We can use our card to place your orders, and our shoppers in the United States can visit stores, shop within your budget, and send your items to Jamaica for an additional cost.
